Items purchased from www.puj.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items and packaging must be in new condition and returned with a return authorization number.

Customers are responsible for the returnshipping cost associated with un-returnable/un-exchangeable merchandise. A Puj representative will contact you and request payment information for the shipment and include a receipt with the returned item.
It is suggested returns be shipped insured and using a trackable method that requires a signature upon receipt (for example, UPS, FedeEx, and USPS registered mail). Puj is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipment . We will not accept returns via COD.

If the product you received has a defect, please fill out the Returns form or contact us at support@puj.com for repair, replacement, and/or refund at our option. All defective items purchased from other retailers need to be returned to those retailers. Puj reserves the right to determine what is normal wear and tear and what is a defective product.
